Prozin has succeeded to produce the thermal and sound insulation with combination of the layer. These products are classified to 2Mix, 3Mix and sound Mix and used in the Ceiling and floor as an acoustic layer to reduce the airborne and impact noise.

SoundMix Insulation Layer

This product contains a high density polymer layer and a layer of polyethylene crosslink foam. This product will not lose its elasticity under pressure, and the reduction of the usual percussion sound is 11 db.

3Mix Insulation Layer

This product consists of combination a heavy polymer layer with an industrial felt layer. The elasticity and the difference in the density of these two layers help reduce the noise. According to the results of the road and urban research institute test, reduction of the usual percussion sound level of this product is 21 db.

2Mix Insulation Layer
